**Gym Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to UNDRDOG. By signing up for a membership or using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. **Membership**
1.1. **Eligibility:** Membership is open to individuals aged 12 and above. Members under 16 must provide parental or guardian consent.
1.2. **Membership Types:** We offer various membership plans (monthly, annual, or special promotions). Your specific membership plan and associated fees are outlined in your membership agreement.
1.3. **Membership QR code:** You will be issued a membership QR code via the Clubright app, which must be presented upon entry. This code is non-transferable and must not be shared with others.
2. **Fees and Payment**
2.1. **Membership Fees:** Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of joining. For recurring memberships, payments will be automatically deducted on the specified billing date.
2.2. **Payment Method:** Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or any other method specified by the gym. Members must ensure their payment details are up-to-date and valid.
2.3. **Late Payment:** In the event of failed payment, access to the gym may be suspended until the balance is cleared. Continued failure to pay may result in membership termination.
3. **Cancellation Policy**
3.1. **Notice of Cancellation:** Members wishing to cancel their membership must provide 30 days' notice via email to admin@undrdog.co.uk. The notice period will begin on the date the written request is received by the gym. The membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and fees for this period will still be payable.
3.2. **No Refunds:** Membership fees paid in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of medical conditions or relocation beyond a reasonable distance from the gym, subject to management discretion.
3.4. **Freeze Policy:** Members may request to freeze their membership for medical reasons or personal emergencies. Freezes are limited to 3 months per year and are subject to approval.
4. **Gym Usage and Conduct**
4.1. **Hours of Operation:** The gym is open from 6am-9pm on weekdays and 8am-4pm at weekends and bank holidays. Hours may vary on holidays, with notice provided in advance.
4.2. **Equipment Use:** Members must follow all posted rules and staff instructions regarding equipment use. Misuse of equipment may result in injury or damage.
4.3. **Health and Safety:** Members must ensure they are physically fit to participate in any activities at the gym. The gym will not be liable for any injuries or health complications arising from misuse of facilities or negligence.
4.4. **Personal Belongings:** Members are responsible for their own belongings. The gym will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lockers are available for temporary storage during gym visits.
4.5. **Dress Code:** Proper athletic attire and footwear must be worn at all times. Open-toed shoes, sandals, or inappropriate clothing may result in denied access to certain areas of the gym.
4.6. **Code of Conduct:** Members must be respectful towards staff and other members. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or violation of gym rules may result in membership suspension or termination.
5. **Facilities and Services**
5.1. **Class Booking:** Classes offered at the gym are included in your membership however advanced booking via the clubright app is advised in the case of maximum bookings being reached for the specific class.
5.2. **Personal Training:** Personal training sessions must be scheduled directly with certified UNDRDOG trainers only. Cancellation of sessions must be made 24 hours in advance, or the session may be forfeited.
5.3. **Facility Maintenance:** The gym reserves the right to close or restrict access to certain areas for maintenance, cleaning, or special events. Notice will be provided whenever possible.
6. **Liability Waiver**
6.1. **Assumption of Risk:** By using the gym’s facilities, members acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise, including the possibility of injury.
6.2. **Release of Liability:** Members agree to release and discharge UNDRDOG Group LTD, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of gym facilities or participation in activities.
7. **Privacy and Data Protection**
7.1. **Member Information:** The gym collects and processes personal information for membership management and communication purposes. We respect your privacy and comply with all relevant data protection laws.
7.2. **Communication Preferences:** By joining, members agree to receive emails and notifications regarding gym updates, promotions, and important information. Members can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. **Termination and Suspension of Membership**
8.1. **Termination by Gym:** The gym reserves the right to terminate or suspend memberships without notice for violations of these Terms and Conditions, improper conduct, or failure to pay membership fees.
8.2. **Reactivation:** Suspended members may apply for reactivation, subject to the gym’s discretion and the resolution of any outstanding issues or fees.
9. **Amendments to Terms and Conditions**
9.1. The gym reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any significant changes via email or posted notices at the gym. Continued use of the gym following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. **Governing Law**
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
