Hey UNDRDOG Family!

We've got plenty of exciting updates this month, so let's get into it!

New Opening Hours in Action!

Our extended hours are officially in place, and our members are loving the extra flexibility! We’re now open:

  • Weekdays: 5 AM - 10 PM

  • Weekends: 7 AM - 5 PM

More time to train, more time to hit your goals!

UNDRDOG Athletes Crushing It!

A huge shoutout to Lianne Kelly, who competed at the Arnolds in Ohio, showcasing her incredible strength with some seriously heavy lifts:

  • 50kg log overhead press

  • 5 reps of 145kg deadlifts in one minute

  • 181kg yoke carry

We couldn’t be more proud of her dedication and achievements!

Class Studio Update

The finishing touches are coming together! Mirrors and lights have been fitted, and the studio is looking fantastic. We can’t wait to get classes started soon!

Spin Classes Coming Soon!

We’re finalizing our spin bike selection to ensure we get a fleet of top-spec bikes for an amazing class experience. Stay tuned for launch dates!

Ongoing Gym Improvements

A big thank you to our amazing handyman Henry West, who continues to make upgrades to ensure we provide a 5-star gym experience.

Defib now located at the gym

Thanks to Steve Wheeler-Smith for his huge efforts in raising money for a defib by attempting a world record yoke walk. We now have a communal defibrillator for the entire estate to use in case of emergencies. A huge thank you to every who donated and to Steve for smashing his event!

Have Feedback or Requests? We’re always looking to improve! Please email us with any feedback or requests for support – we’d love to hear from you.

That’s all for now – stay strong, stay motivated, and let’s keep pushing forward together!
